Hi, I'm Tracy Jay
I am the founder of TJayFitness. I started my fitness career in 2008 as a Mad Dogg Spin instructor. Instructing classes to clients of all ages along with Yoga Spin & Spin Strength class.
In 2012, I became a personal trainer certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
In 2019, I got certified with American Council on Exercise as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and became a Rock Steady coach for Parkinson’s.
In 2020, I became a Health Coach for Optavia's nutritional program as I became a client, I wanted to bring a program that worked for me to my clients.
I have increased my knowledge of what wellness really means to each individual person. Now I am able to educate and motivate clients through personal training. As I furthered my education, my path has been directed towards Yoga, working on my 200 RYT. The benefits a person can experience from a mind/body connection are extremely rewarding.
My focus is on working with boomers and older adult populations. Along with my experience, I offer the latest modalities like functional fitness training, corrective exercises, balance, flexibility & mobility training which aids clients in achieving their goals, improving their health, and attaining a total sense of well-being.
Promoting long-term health which leads to lifelong transformation, one healthy habit at a time.
I am a Retired Mariposa County Sheriff Jail Deputy 2005-2018. My husband Andy and I have 3 adult children that we helped coach through elementary school to JR high. We are an active family, we love the outdoors, mountain biking, hiking, fishing & kayaking, that is what brought us to beautiful Arkansas and to be closer to 2 of our kids.
