Gabriele Campbell

Owner and Personal Trainer, Focused Functional Fitness 

She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Athletic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She specialized through the American College of Sport’s Medicine in Exercise Management for Persons with Chronic Disease and Disabilities. She enjoys working with a wide variety of people using many different fitness domains including strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and endurance training.​

She is also a Rock Steady Boxing Coach and an Aware in Care Ambassador for people with Parkinson's.

Tracy Jay

Personal Trainer

Tracy Jay is the founder of TJayFitness. She started her fitness career in 2008 as a Mad Dogg Spin instructor. She is a certified personal trainer, Rock Steady coach for Parkinson’s, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a health coach. She is currently working on being a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Along with her experience, she offers the latest modalities like functional fitness training, corrective exercises, balance, flexibility & mobility training which aids clients in achieving their goals, improving their health, and attaining a total sense of well-being.

Promoting long-term health which leads to lifelong transformation, one healthy habit at a time.
