Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. Other additional benefits are increased sports performance, increased functional strength, improved posture, and more coordination.

I have been working with Gabi for 3+ years, she has helped me go from a couch potato with bad knees to an avid cyclist averaging 75 miles a week.

I am very very lucky to be able to work out twice a week with a personal trainer. With the onset of Parkinson's, it is more than helpful and keeps me from being a couch potato and slob. Secondly and more important, I am more than fortunate to get to have Gabrielle (Gabi) Campbell as my personal trainer. She has always taken a deep-rooted interest in my condition. Since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s, Gabi has tailor-made my workouts with that in mind. A great trainer if I do say so myself.
